Cancellation and Refund Policy
Nikshanguppies(www.nikshanguppies.com) reserves the right to fully
or partially cancel any order which may be due to but not restricted to
the below reasons and in each of these cases the customer will be
contacted and informed of the same.
- Unavailability/Partial availability of Products(s)
- Issues with receipt of payment
- The customer can contact Nikshanguppies(www.nikshanguppies.com)
and asks to cancel the order.
Full or Partial Refunds as per the situation will be processed through the
same mode by which payment was made by the customer .Refunds will
be processed within 5-7 Working days.
Cancellation by Customer :
Cancellation requests can be raised only before the shipment of your
order. Once your product has been dispatched, you can’t make a request
for cancellation. If you wish to cancel your order, you can contact our
customer support and make request for cancellation. Once we receive a
cancellation request, refund will be processed within 5-7 Working
Days.
Damaged or Defective Product
Once you receive a product you must take an unboxing video and in case
of any damage happens for the product you need to share the unboxing
video with us as a proof. Then only you will get the replaced product
(subject to stock availability) or refund. Your refund will be processed
within 5-7 working days.
